Cuttable thickness is largely dependent on material type, however 0.25" (1/4") is a conservative estimate for a 60W machine.

Our CO2 laser is not capable of cutting metal.
However, our sister company Southeast Laser and Metalworks located in Daytona Beach has a 1500W laser table capable of cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass of various thicknesses respectively.

While we utilize graphic design software and programs to create our premade products, we do not offer graphic design as a service - it is too time consuming for Joe while maintaining a full time job alongside a family.

With that being said, Joe is able to provide minimal graphic design assistance when it comes to refining designs for the laser or other services we provide. Examples include (but may not be limited to) adjusting fonts, rearranging objects/text, and adding elements to a pre-existing design.

Similar to graphic design, we do not offer 3D design/modeling as a service. Our intent is to provide 3D printing services for out customers' 3D designs/models.

With that being said, Joe is able to provide minimal 3D modeling assistance when it comes to refining designs - assuming he is given access to 3D files in the correct format.
Note: STL files do not provide sufficent native compatibility for direct editing in a 3D CAD software.
